Do participants need to create an account to register in programs?

One account per family. Minor children and dependents can be registered for programs under the account of their parent/guardian.

I already have a membership at another community center which uses Apparatus - do I need to create a new account?

Yes - each organization maintains its own user database, so you will need a separate account to log on and register for programs at each center. Please use a unique email address for each account.

Which credit cards are accepted?

VISA and Mastercard payments are accepted using your organization's merchant account with PayPal, Stripe or Authorize.net.

Is this system secure? Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. The Apparatus checkout process is secured with 256 bit encryption. All payments are processed through a secure server using this encryption - you can see the lock symbol in your browser and we will have a verification badge on the final payment screen.

The Apparatus system does not view or store your credit card information - only your web merchant account (PayPal, Stripe or Authorize.net) handles your credit card information, and only on a temporary basis.
